Amazon Inventory Manager – Onsite (Karachi)

About the role

Sellovance is seeking an experienced Amazon Inventory Manager to join its on‑site team in Karachi. You will own demand forecasting, restock planning, and inventory health for multiple brands selling on Amazon FBA, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain SKU‑level demand forecasts using sales velocity, seasonality and promotional lift.
• Produce weekly restock plans with unit quantities, ship dates and shipping methods.
• Monitor days of supply, raise low‑stock alerts, and manage expiry‑dated inventory with FIFO enforcement.
• Handle minimum order quantities, supplier lead times and case‑pack rounding for purchase order creation.
• Track FBA capacity limits, storage fees, aged inventory surcharges and low‑inventory fees.
• Clear stranded and unfulfillable inventory on a regular cadence.
• Track inbound shipments, resolve receiving discrepancies and coordinate with reimbursement teams.
• Plan major events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Q4) by working backwards from event dates through freight and receiving timelines.
• Deliver monthly inventory plans and communicate directly with clients, suppliers and 3PL partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on inventory planning experience for Amazon or e‑commerce businesses, with direct FBA exposure.
• Proven ability to build forecast models from raw sales data, not just fill templates.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance forecasting and reporting.
