Analyst, Transformation Office

About the role

The Transformation Office Analyst will support the Senior Manager in driving business transformation initiatives, including the implementation of an Electronic Health Record system across Aga Khan University. The role focuses on analysing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring efficient, standardized operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and implement transformation projects, developing business cases and project plans.
• Document existing business processes in detail and analyse gaps or non‑value‑adding activities.
• Collect and analyse large data sets, run verification checks, and construct process maps.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and redesign processes to align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate focus groups, develop recommendations, and manage change‑management initiatives.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in project teams and manage multiple tasks.
