Android Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Android Developer to join our fast‑paced team and build high‑quality mobile applications using modern Android technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on project requirements.
• Test and optimise applications for performance, stability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and enhance them to meet evolving user and business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Kotlin and Java programming.
• Android SDK, Activity/Fragment lifecycle, and core app components.
• Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose.
• Local storage solutions such as Room, SharedPreferences, and DataStore.
• Integration of RESTful APIs.
• Version control with Git.
• Software design patterns (MVVM/MVC).
