Android Developer – Kotlin & Jetpack Compose

About the role

We are seeking an Android Developer with at least three years of professional experience to build high‑quality mobile applications. The role focuses on creating intuitive, performant apps using Kotlin and modern Android tools, with a strong emphasis on clean architecture and user‑centered design.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build reusable UI components following Material Design guidelines.
• Implement features with MVVM and Clean Architecture, integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs.
• Utilize Coroutines, Flow, Room, and Hilt for asynchronous processing and dependency injection.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, startup time and battery consumption.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA and Backend teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support releases and monitor post‑release performance on Google Play.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Activity/Fragment lifecycle and Architecture Components.
• Experience with MVVM, Coroutines, Flow, Room, Hilt, Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging) and Git workflows.
