Angular Frontend Developer

About the role

This role is for a meticulous and innovative frontend engineer who builds fast, responsive web applications. The position calls for 2+ years of professional front-end experience, with a proven track record of building, testing and deploying scalable applications using TypeScript and JavaScript.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain high-performing single-page applications using Angular, TypeScript and related web technologies.
• Write robust, clean and reusable code together with comprehensive unit tests to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers and product managers to deliver complete features.
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability across devices and browsers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of front-end development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related field.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Soft skills: effective cross-functional communication, proactive problem-solving, adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Technical (must-have): Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, Redux, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Analytical (must-have): performance profiling, cross-browser debugging, state management architecture, query optimisation.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of responsive, mobile-first design is highly desirable.
