AI Product Developer

About the role

TechieMinions helps companies from startups to corporations build products from scratch on cutting-edge technologies, including DTC and B2B products used by major brands and institutions. This is a 5-day onsite role in Lahore; remote or hybrid opportunities are not available.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery cycle, taking raw, often ambiguous requirements through to production, validation and testing.
• Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end, turning ideas into working, validated software.
• Use AI coding tools and agentic pipelines (such as Claude and Codex) to prototype, iterate and deliver at high velocity.
• Use AI to strengthen code reviews and catch issues early, and contribute to design and architecture discussions.
• Own testing and validation, ensuring features are thoroughly tested before and after release.
• Communicate with clients to understand the purpose behind requirements and give clear progress updates.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to align technical execution with user and business goals.

Required profile

• 0-1 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding academic background from a strong institution is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is a significant plus.
• Excellent English communication and a genuine can-do attitude.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
