App Growth Executive

About the role

Nayatel is looking for a data-driven, experiment-led App Growth Executive to own the end-to-end growth strategy of its mobile app. The role blends performance marketing, user psychology and product thinking to drive acquisition, boost retention and turn the app into a daily habit. It suits someone who lives in analytics, runs growth experiments and collaborates well with teams and external brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel acquisition and retention strategies, managing paid (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic) and organic (ASO, SEO, content, community, referral loops) campaigns
• Build lifecycle flows (push, in-app messages, email, SMS) and win-back campaigns, loyalty mechanics and habit-forming engagement loops
• Run A/B, multivariate and split tests on onboarding, paywalls, feature discovery and conversion, and turn results into product and marketing improvements
• Own the analytics stack (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Adjust/AppsFlyer), set up dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and virality, and run cohort and attribution analyses
• Work with engineering to scope, ship and measure new features such as referral systems, personalized onboarding and smart notifications
• Conceptualize brand partnerships, co-marketing and creator campaigns, and build branded in-app experiences
• Document experiment outcomes, build growth playbooks and standard operating procedures, and foster a test-and-learn culture

Required profile

• 16 years of education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Apps Manager, Product Manager or Mobile Marketing Specialist
• Strong project management skills and a creative, strategic mindset
• Knowledge of the Pakistani market is highly advantageous
