App User Acquisition Expert

About the role

Medialinks, a Dubai-born mobile-first growth partner focused on scaling apps through in-app and OEM traffic, is hiring a full-time, on-site App User Acquisition Expert in Lahore. The role plans, executes and optimizes user acquisition campaigns across OEM, paid media and other mobile performance channels to drive app installs and high LTV users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CPI and CPA campaigns and monitor performance metrics
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion, retention and overall ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Recommend actionable improvements and stay updated on mobile app growth trends, platforms and tools

Required profile

• Acquisitions expertise, including mobile user acquisition, CPI/CPA campaigns and app growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment

• Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, partners and stakeholders
• Program management to plan, execute and track multiple campaigns at once
• Market research skills to understand target audiences and competitors
