About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking an Application Developer specialized in Cloud Full‑Stack solutions. In this role you will join a global consulting team that helps leading enterprises modernize their hybrid cloud and AI environments, delivering reliable and innovative services to clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain stable IT operations by managing incidents, problems, and changes.
- Monitor service levels, enforce SLAs, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Ensure high availability of applications and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of database technologies.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of service management frameworks.
- ITIL education or certification is preferred.
