Appointment Booking Specialist – Australian Market

About the role

We are looking for an Appointment Booking Specialist to support our outreach to the Australian market. The position is based in Lahore and works the morning shift, coordinating calls that align with Australian time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound appointment booking for prospective Australian clients using provided leads and CRM records.
• Conduct professional phone and email outreach to schedule discovery calls and demos at suitable AEST/AEDT times.
• Qualify leads against set criteria, record outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate with project and delivery teams to confirm availability and prepare handover notes.
• Handle calendar management, send confirmations, reminders and follow‑ups to minimise no‑shows.
• Track KPIs such as appointments booked, conversion and no‑show rates and produce basic reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in appointment setting, tele‑sales or customer outreach with measurable results.
• Excellent spoken and written English for interaction with Australian clients.
• Proven ability to work independently, stay organized and meet targets.
• Strong phone presence, patience handling objections and persistence to secure meetings.
