About the role
The Appointment Setter will work on‑site in Multan, initiating contact with potential clients and scheduling meetings for WarpMill Technologies. This full‑time position focuses on lead generation and promoting the company’s IT and digital marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting times between clients and sales teams.
- Generate and qualify leads to support business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM or scheduling software.
- Ensure a professional, customer‑focused experience during all communications.
Required profile
- Proficiency in appointment setting and outbound calling.
- Experience in lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
