About the role

Teamique is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to drive business growth by initiating professional outbound conversations with prospective clients. You will create qualified opportunities for the sales team while representing the company with energy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided lists and campaign information.
• Introduce Teamique’s services clearly and identify potential business needs or operational challenges.
• Ask discovery questions, handle initial objections, and qualify prospects against agreed criteria.
• Accurately record outcomes, prospect information, follow‑ups, and qualified opportunities in the tracking system.
• Schedule appropriate follow‑up conversations or meetings for the sales team.

Required profile

• Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication in English; additional local‑language ability is a plus.
• Strong active listening and questioning skills with the ability to identify business needs quickly.
• Comfort making frequent outbound calls and responding constructively to rejection or objections.
• Persuasive conversation style focused on qualification and value communication.
• Ability to follow scripts, campaign instructions, and lead‑qualification criteria consistently.
• Accurate data entry and disciplined tracking of notes, outcomes, tasks, and follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivation, reliability, goal orientation, and willingness to learn sales concepts.
• Excellent organization and time‑management for prioritizing lists and completing scheduled follow‑ups.
