Appointment Setter

About the role

Prime Setters is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Appointment Setter in Islamabad. You will make outbound calls to leads and prospects, qualify them, and schedule appointments for insurance agents while managing calendars and updating CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using established scripts and guidelines.
• Qualify prospects and maintain organized lead lists.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for insurance agents.
• Manage agents' calendars and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
• Update CRM records and handle follow‑up communications.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong appointment setting and scheduling abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and maintaining lead lists.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and patience.
• Prior experience in call centers, sales support, or appointment setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in spreadsheet software.
• Familiarity with email tools and basic computer applications.
