Appointment Setter – US Market (Remote Calls, CRM & Follow‑up)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter with a clear US or UK accent to engage US‑based business owners and decision‑makers. The role involves cold‑calling, lead nurturing, and managing the sales pipeline through CRM tools, with a focus on workplace health and cost‑saving solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily cold‑calls to US prospects, identify decision‑makers and qualify leads.
• Engage prospects naturally, understand their pain points, and pitch value‑driven health‑care and benefits solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up via calls, SMS, and email.
• Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team and maintain accurate CRM updates.
• Personalize conversations beyond scripts and suggest improvements to scripts and processes.

Required profile

• Fluent US or UK accent (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years of B2B cold‑calling/outbound sales experience, preferably in US health‑services call centres.
• Ability to think on the feet, build rapport quickly, and deliver results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in persuasive selling.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and lead‑pipeline management.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n (bonus).
• Proficiency in outbound dialing systems or dialer software.
• Knowledge of SaaS, healthcare, benefits, or B2B service sales (highly preferred).
