Apps Growth Manager (User Acquisition & Monetization)

About the role

A data-driven executive is sought to accelerate growth for a global set of mobile apps through performance marketing, optimization and experimentation. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality users, improving conversion and retention, and maximizing revenue through subscriptions, in-app purchases and ad monetization. The position is based onsite in Rawalpindi.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads, driving installs, registrations and customer acquisition
• Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels and audience segments
• Support monetization strategies including subscriptions, in-app purchases, freemium-to-premium conversion and ad monetization
• Work with product teams to improve conversion funnels, retention and revenue, and analyze performance to recommend ways to raise ARPU and profitability
• Track installs, retention, conversion rates, ROAS and revenue; prepare regular reports and run A/B tests to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Development and Marketing teams, and coordinate with creative teams on marketing assets and campaigns

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition and monetization
• Strong understanding of product marketing, including positioning, messaging and lifecycle campaigns
• Good grasp of UX principles and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ASO, subscription monetization, Google Ads, AdMob, analytics tools and A/B testing
• Analyzing user funnels, cohort performance and experiments with Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools
