AR/AP & Claims Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AR/AP & Claims Analyst to manage the full accounts receivable and payable cycles while handling billing disputes and claims resolution. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely payments, and centralized billing quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment application.
• Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable, including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and claims raised by customers or vendors.
• Perform centralized billing quality control reviews to ensure accuracy across all accounts.
• Reconcile AR/AP sub‑ledgers against the general ledger on a recurring basis.
• Identify recurring billing errors or process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month‑end close activities related to AR/AP and claims reserves.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all billing and claims activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, billing operations, or claims processing.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Great Plains, or PaperSave.
