Architect – Design New Buildings in Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our Karachi office. You will be responsible for creating innovative architectural concepts and delivering functional, aesthetically‑pleasing spaces for new building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts for new building projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate closely with structural and MEP consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, local building regulations, and client expectations.
• Contribute to project planning, design development, and execution phases.
• Utilise BIM tools for design documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Review and refine designs to optimise functionality, efficiency, and visual quality.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputable institute.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong design, conceptualisation, and space‑planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site office environment in Karachi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
