About the role

BuildNew Construction Company is seeking a qualified Architect to join its Gujranwala office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves creating innovative architectural designs, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of design elements across construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and project plans.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to align design intent with project goals.
• Oversee project management tasks, ensuring compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Participate actively in planning, designing, and executing construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and adjust designs to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture (preferred).
• Experience in project management for construction and architectural initiatives.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with architectural design software such as Revit or similar tools.
