Architect

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and documentation of residential, commercial and high‑rise projects. The successful candidate will work independently to produce complete architectural drawing sets from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic and detailed designs that comply with local building by‑laws, zoning regulations and fire‑life safety standards.
• Prepare full architectural drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, façades, schedules and detailed construction documents.
• Create presentation drawings, design reports and high‑quality renderings for client approvals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure functional layouts, space planning and material specifications are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience delivering residential, commercial and high‑rise projects.
• B.Arch degree from BNU, NCA or NUST.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and architectural specifications.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and D5.
• Ability to produce 2D drawings, 3D models and renderings without external drafting support.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office (advantageous).
