Area Sales Manager

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager you will lead sales activities for Shan Foods in the Sialkot region, driving growth and expanding market presence for the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market penetration.
• Generate sales through a team of Territory Sales Managers, ensuring annual targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, recommending improvements.
• Monitor expenses, manage the sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Build and maintain an effective distribution network to ensure product availability.
• Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors and trade partners.
• Provide product updates to distributors and customers to boost sales.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Control functions.
• Lead, train and motivate sales representatives, providing regular guidance and coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3‑5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused with solid planning, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• High integrity, market orientation and proactive initiative.
