Area Sales Representative - FMCG Beverages

About the role

SKFAMZ Foods and Beverage is looking for an Area Sales Officer / Order Booker to sell mineral water and beverage products across Peshawar, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role involves visiting retail and grocery stores, distributors and other outlets to generate orders, build customer relationships and meet sales targets, helping to expand market coverage and keep products available. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets, grocery stores, distributors and assigned sales points regularly to generate and collect orders for mineral water and beverages.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new ones to grow the customer base.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and order-booking targets.
• Expand market coverage by increasing product availability across assigned locations.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, product offerings, marketing campaigns and customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work with distribution and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Keep accurate records of visits, orders, sales performance and customer information, and submit sales reports to the sales supervisor or manager.
• Use local market knowledge to tailor approaches and resolve order or delivery issues through negotiation.
• Manage personal schedules and routes to maximise daily coverage, and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• At least two years of relevant experience in sales or order booking, preferably in FMCG or the beverage sector.
• Local market knowledge of Peshawar, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Target-oriented, reliable and able to work independently in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers and distributors; the role does not involve managing a team.
