Assistant Director Supply Chain

About the role

The Assistant Director Supply Chain will oversee our international warehouse network and global logistics operations across the UK, USA and Europe. You will drive end‑to‑end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient container movement, customs compliance and seamless e‑commerce fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international warehouse bases in the UK, USA and Europe.
• Oversee global container movement, customs clearance, HS duties, taxation and legal compliance.
• Direct global courier order processing and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory levels, forecast demand and plan stock replenishment.
• Lead supply chain activities for e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other platforms.
• Monitor e‑commerce platform KPIs and ensure warehouse performance meets marketplace standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Process Re‑engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution with strong e‑commerce exposure.
• 3‑4 years in a senior leadership role with a proven record of delivering supply chain results.
• Deep understanding of global trade laws, customs regulations and logistics best practices.
