About the role
The Assistant Manager – Business Development will support Zameen.com’s growth by managing property listings, engaging with clients, and guiding them through the sales process. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for real‑estate sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations.
- Provide detailed information and insights on property units.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and goal‑oriented.
