Assistant Manager Controls - Supply Chain

About the role

The Assistant Manager Controls will act as a strategic finance business partner for the Supply Chain function, providing insight and governance across operations. You will support cost management, decision‑making and continuous improvement, especially in distribution cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain teams to deliver financial expertise for operational and strategic decisions.
• Represent Supply Chain perspectives within the Finance Management team and vice‑versa.
• Lead distribution cost initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align financial targets with operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé accounting standards, policies and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, MBA Finance or a bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in supply‑chain controlling, logistics or procurement.
• Proven experience participating in or leading cross‑functional projects.
