Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Reporting with solid finance fundamentals and hands‑on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role will focus on supporting financial reporting and accounting operations, particularly the setup, implementation, and stabilization of Odoo ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and control account reconciliations.
• Support month‑end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.
• Lead or support Odoo Finance setup, including chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centres, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants during implementation, including data migration, system testing, user controls, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Process and reconcile therapist payments according to contractual terms and identify discrepancies to improve finance processes.

Required profile

• ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or ERP‑based operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, month‑end closing, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
