About the role
The Assistant Manager, HR & Administration will lead daily HR and office operations, ensuring smooth functionality, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees a team of 25 and drives initiatives that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, and attendance with payroll teams.
- Supervise performance reviews, appraisal systems, and career development programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
- Plan and deliver training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and management presentations.
- Oversee office administration, facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
