Assistant Manager – HR Technology

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Technology will deliver IT solutions that meet business and functional requirements for HR processes. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, guide a team, and ensure high‑quality support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to capture requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications, document setups, and write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation engagements (consultant, lead, architect or project lead) and manage migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to production.
• Support testing, validate configurations and data, and provide status and issue reports to project managers and clients.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and continuously improve implementation methodology.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in product design and implementation of HR applications, particularly Oracle Fusion HCM.
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementation engagements in roles such as consultant, lead, architect, or project lead.
• 3+ years of data analytics experience with a strong ability to analyze and visualize data.
• ITIL Practitioner certification and solid understanding of service management.
• Experience with project management tools (MS‑Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) and project accounting (budget, costing, invoicing).
