Assistant Manager Human Resource

About the role

Fatima Memorial Hospital is hiring an Assistant Manager Human Resource in Lahore. The role covers HR strategy support, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
• Support recruitment and selection through interviews, tests and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Address employee demands and grievances, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in talent management and development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance across HR management and support benefits programs and employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site and full-time, with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with HR software systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
