Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure

About the role

The Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure will lead the infrastructure team, ensuring reliable network and server operations. This role involves managing Cisco and Fortinet devices, Windows services, and VoIP systems while maintaining high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, and overall network infrastructure.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Oversee Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor performance with Zabbix, troubleshoot issues, and handle server migrations.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and lead infrastructure deployments.
• Manage Asterisk PBX, SIP trunks, IVR, and call routing.
• Maintain backups, security measures, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Lead the IT infrastructure team, ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet FCP, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Required skills

• Cisco routing and switching (Layer 2/3, VLANs).
• Fortinet firewall administration and VPN configuration.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365.
• Zabbix monitoring.
• PowerShell scripting.
