Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the Government & Mega Projects team by ensuring smooth order processing, timely payments, and effective coordination across internal departments and external customers. This role combines sales recovery, project tracking, and customer relationship management to help achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with government and mega‑project customers on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch status, and delivery follow‑ups with customers.
• Maintain strong liaison with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, recoveries, and project status.
• Handle all internal and external documentation related to customers and projects.
• Assist in tender documentation, approvals, and customer correspondence.
• Visit customers and project sites for official meetings and follow‑ups.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding orders, payments, and operational matters.
• Maintain proper record management and filing of all project‑related documents.
• Support the team in achieving sales and recovery targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar sales, recovery, or project coordination role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
