Assistant Manager Mobility Products – GSM/MBB

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Mobility Products will own the full lifecycle of enterprise mobility solutions, including GSM, Mobile Broadband (MBB), enterprise voice and value‑added services. You will work closely with sales, technology and finance teams to design, launch and optimise products for corporate, SME and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to retirement for GSM and MBB solutions targeting enterprise markets.
• Develop new mobility offerings tailored to corporate, SME and government segments.
• Provide technical expertise to enterprise sales teams, conduct trainings and support customer pitches.
• Collaborate with finance, network planning, industry growth and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance using analytics, customer feedback and market research.
• Track industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies (GSM, PTT, M2M/IoT, 4G/5G) and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in telecom product management or enterprise solutions.
• Strong commercial sense with analytical ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication, critical‑thinking and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt to a fast‑paced telecom environment.
