Assistant Manager – Operations Cluster Lead

About the role

As an Assistant Manager (SV-11) at Savvital, you will own an entire operational cluster, overseeing client accounts while guiding a team of Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates. You act as the strategic bridge between client services and senior management, turning operational insights into retention plans and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts with full ownership, delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their business goals and industry priorities.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, driving continuous improvement before issues affect service.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate cluster team members, setting performance standards and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with Leads and Senior Associates to balance workloads and maintain team motivation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to flag at‑risk accounts, develop retention strategies, and execute mitigation plans.
• Represent Savvital in senior client meetings, presenting performance updates and strategic recommendations.
