Assistant Manager Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a competent professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Procurement. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle and coordinating with vendors to support the organization’s operational needs, ensuring cost‑effective and timely acquisition of goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities and vendor coordination.
• Conduct sourcing, evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare RFPs/RFQs and ensure timely procurement execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Support contract management and supplier performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a bank.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
