Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

About the role

Royal Fans is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Quality Assurance function in Gujrat. The role will oversee a team of ten professionals, ensuring that products and services meet ISO 9001 standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a QA team of 10, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Design, implement and maintain a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001.
• Conduct internal audits, process reviews and supplier assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply root‑cause analysis to quality incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate supplier quality performance, including audits and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, and train team members accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, risk management and supplier quality.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
