Assistant Manager - SAP B1 (HANA) Functional

About the role

Novamed Group of Companies is looking for an Assistant Manager - SAP B1 (HANA) Functional to join its growing team. The position sits in the Information Technology / ERP department and suits someone with hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (HANA), functional support, SAP operations and business process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Business One (HANA) and keep ERP operations running smoothly.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
• Manage SAP B1 configurations, functional testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with technical teams on system enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation and user guides.
• Perform report testing and validation to ensure accurate system outputs.
• Support master data management and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with departments to improve ERP utilization and operational efficiency.
• Assist with system updates, testing and implementation of process improvements.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Education such as CA Finalist, ACCA, MBA (Finance), BBA, BS Accounting & Finance or a relevant qualification.
• Strong understanding of business processes, ERP workflows and system configuration.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of finance, inventory, purchasing and other SAP B1 modules is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in SAP Business One (HANA) functional support and ERP operations.
• Troubleshooting, functional testing, report validation and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
