About the role
Bestway Cement is hiring an Assistant Manager - Store for its Hattar Works Department. The post holder ensures the safe custody of stores and spares and oversees material receipt, storage, retrieval and issuance. It is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage weigh bridge activities and oversee sack store operations
- Reconcile explosive material inventory and supervise material handling
- Monitor diesel pump operations
- Coordinate month-end closing and lead inventory checks
- Manage departmental staffing and act as ISO Coordinator
- Fulfill HOD Store duties in the department head's absence
- Ensure compliance with government and non-government permissions, NOCs, certificates and licenses, and implement safety measures including the use of PPE
Required profile
- BBA or MBA from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
