Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

About the role

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will lead high‑volume recruitment initiatives while supporting HR business partnering for assigned functions. This role combines end‑to‑end talent acquisition with workforce planning, retention, and internal mobility responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, talent databases, and direct outreach.
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical, high‑volume, niche, and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers, and documentation.
• Act as HR Business Partner for assigned departments, supporting workforce planning, retention initiatives, and organizational structure changes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal HR teams to align talent needs with business priorities.
• Track hiring progress against headcount plans, identify gaps, and prepare headcount and hiring reports.
