Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts at a leading microfinance bank. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive experience for candidates while supporting the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Post vacancies on LinkedIn and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, dashboards, and produce monthly reports.
• Develop and manage a structured CV database for future hiring needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in recruitment tracking systems.
• Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of banking compliance or SBP reporting is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with recruitment tools and trackers.
