Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team in Sialkot. The role offers hands‑on responsibility for end‑to‑end marketing activities, from digital campaigns to brand positioning and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on ROI.
• Oversee content creation and scheduling for blogs, website pages, and social media calendars.
• Monitor search engine rankings, website performance and implement SEO improvements.
• Run email marketing automation, audience segmentation and performance analysis.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics and produce actionable reports.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and collaborate with design and development teams.
• Stay current with AI‑driven marketing trends and apply AI tools for search visibility and content optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Full‑stack digital marketing experience with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

Required skills

• SEO and keyword research.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Analytics tools including Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content optimisation.
