Assistant Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant Operations Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end operations of industrial and engineering clients, primarily in the oil & gas sector. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kohistan Enclave, Wah Cantt and focuses on delivering professional service to both clients and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete operations process for industrial, oil & gas, and engineering client segments.
• Review, process, and track all client and employee requests to meet expectations promptly.
• Schedule and lead meetings with new clients to establish smooth workflows for timesheets, payroll, invoicing, remittances, and salary disbursement.
• Create and maintain secure, confidential databases and filing systems, ensuring all required documentation (e.g., client monitoring sheets, employee requests, Iqama renewals) is up to date.
• Identify potential issues and provide administrative support to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Implement standard operating procedures and oversee workflow management as defined by Operations Managers.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Onboarding, and other departments to accelerate employee‑related requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good office and time‑management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
