About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in pharmaceutics.
• Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and examination materials.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Guide students on coursework, learning progress, and academic development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum improvement initiatives, academic events, and quality‑assurance activities.
• Utilise digital tools and teaching methods to support blended and classroom‑based learning.

Required profile

• Strong subject knowledge in pharmaceutics with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Effective classroom management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports.
• Understanding of assessment methods, academic integrity, and student‑centred teaching practices.
• Strong organization, time‑management, teamwork, and professional conduct.
