Associate Content Creator

About the role

TechnoCares is seeking a creative and energetic Associate Content Creator to lead its digital content and employer‑branding efforts. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who love storytelling through video, graphics, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and schedule content for LinkedIn and other approved social channels.
• Record employee interviews, office activities, technology demos and company events.
• Edit short‑form videos, reels and corporate highlights.
• Design eye‑catching graphics, carousels and recruitment posts using Canva.
• Write engaging captions, scripts and professional copy.
• Coordinate with HR, technical teams and management to gather material.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and obtain management approval.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements, leveraging modern AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Film & Television, Visual Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset, ownership attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in software technology, AI and professional storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using at least one video‑editing tool (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
