Amazon Virtual Assistant (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

The Amazon VA will manage and optimise Amazon seller accounts for NaskSoft's clients. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves product listing, inventory monitoring and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions and keywords.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing and sales performance daily.
• Handle customer inquiries, order issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform listing strategies.
• Assist the marketing team with Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare performance reports to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with office software, especially spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce operations or Amazon VA is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT or related field is beneficial.
