About the role
The Associate will handle Centralized Account Management activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and delivery standards to achieve satisfactory audit ratings and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Review account opening forms and related documents for PVT/SME customers.
- Verify and process customer requests for online banking products via internet and mobile channels.
- Activate and process all types of accounts and online banking services efficiently.
- Maintain adherence to SLA, achieve 99% accuracy and avoid escalations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PVT/SME activities, online banking products, bank policies and regulations.
- Familiarity with operating systems and branch‑related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
