Associate Creative Director

About the role

The Associate Creative Director is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore, responsible for leading the creative development of campaigns and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and shape creative concepts into compelling brand narratives.
• Review and refine design work, prepare presentations, and ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
• Mentor junior creatives, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to new‑business pitches and creative proposals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Strong capabilities in branding, including brand positioning and visual identity development.
• Proven track record of mentoring creative talent and fostering an inclusive team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
