Associate - Credit Operations

About the role

The Associate in Credit Operations will verify loan documentation, execute disbursements, and handle servicing requests across mortgage, SME, and auto loan products. The role ensures compliance with SOPs, maintains quality controls, and supports MIS reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Verify loan documents (KYC, application forms, offer letters, agreements, property and insurance documents) for mortgage, SME, and auto loans.
• Prepare documentation checklists, record discrepancies, and raise exceptions.
• Execute loan disbursals, update system fields, and forward transactions for checker authorization.
• Handle loan servicing requests such as settlements, postponements, rescheduling, and insurance switches.
• Maintain MIS trackers, perform GL reconciliations, and support reporting and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑3 years of operations experience in banking.
• Excellent analytical abilities and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong system navigation skills and familiarity with banking policies and credit parameters.
