Associate Director, Marketing

About the role

As Associate Director, Marketing you will lead the affiliate marketing function in Pakistan, shaping portfolio growth and delivering outcomes for patients across the entire journey from awareness to adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio, therapeutic area and brand strategies aligned with affiliate and enterprise priorities.
• Own portfolio performance, commercial forecasting, marketing investments and budget allocation.
• Drive launch excellence, lifecycle management, portfolio optimisation and competitive strategy initiatives.
• Lead evidence‑based HCP engagement strategies, including segmentation, targeting, value‑proposition development and omnichannel journeys.
• Define and implement digital and omnichannel marketing strategy using CRM, content, analytics and emerging channels.
• Build a data‑driven culture through customer insights, campaign performance measurement and marketing effectiveness evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive commercial and marketing experience with significant people‑leadership responsibility.
• Mandatory experience in the CPG industry and substantial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in portfolio and brand strategy development, commercial planning and business growth.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical capabilities and data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with digital transformation, omnichannel execution and CRM platforms.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
