Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our established marketing function, raise standards across the department and strengthen the global positioning of our professional services brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the marketing and brand strategy, including a full rebrand from strategy through implementation.
• Lead and develop the existing marketing team, setting clear standards, objectives and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute a content and thought‑leadership strategy, turning internal expertise into reports, case studies, campaigns and industry initiatives.
• Own the website, SEO and digital authority strategy, overseeing technical SEO, content, digital PR and optimisation to increase rankings and referral traffic.
• Embed AI and automation across the function, selecting tools for research, content creation, analytics and campaign management.
• Support international growth by creating marketing strategies for new markets, working closely with Business Development to generate leads and account‑based marketing.

Required profile

• Significant senior marketing experience, preferably in professional services, financial services, consulting or a sophisticated B2B environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing marketing teams and delivering brand strategy and rebranding projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activities to business growth and pipeline development.
• Experience working directly with CEOs and senior leadership in an international or multi‑market context.
