Associate HR Business Partner - Services

About the role

CureMD is looking for a motivated Associate HR Business Partner to join its HR team. The role helps align HR strategy with organizational goals, supports employee relations, talent management and organizational development, and works closely with the HRBP team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and department leaders, understanding their HR needs
• Help implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support employee relations by guiding employees and managers
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback and help improve the employee experience
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Aid performance appraisals and support training and development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Represent HR professionally and support initiatives that foster a positive culture and employee engagement
• Assist in managing change and communicating with employees during transitions
• Support HR projects and help implement HR policies in line with labor laws

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience or an HR internship preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to work on-site (hybrid shift)
