Associate IT Support Officer

About the role

CureMD is hiring an Associate IT Support Officer to join its IT team and act as the first line of technical support. The role provides troubleshooting, maintains system functionality and ensures a smooth user experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Assist in administering and maintaining the LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams on escalated issues and monitor system performance and configurations to keep the network secure and stable.
• Identify process improvements and help with hardware procurement and IT asset inventory.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented IT support environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end-users.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, wireless networking and IT security best practices.
